Every year we
Celebrate St Peter's Festival at the end of June. (St Peter's Day is June 29) This year, as in other years, we are having a concert (led by Chilcote School choir and assisted by other local musicians) at 3.00pm on Saturday 28 June.
This is followed by the usual stalls and
sideshows, with BBQ and licensed bar.
COME AND JOIN US!
If you can't be there for the
concert, just come along after 4.00pm.

Our flower team will be doing a special display in church--something to enjoy too.

Then on
SUNDAY 29 JUNE
--ST PETER'S DAY we celebrate with Festival Parish
Communion and
Junior Church at 10.00am In the evening our friends from St Michael's and the Ascension, Hall Green (Hall Green Group) join us for
SONGS OF PRAISE.

We'd love to see you and your family and friends.

Also that day, 29 June, 3.00pm at Trinity Church,
Etwall Road, Hall Green Churches,
in support of the
Bible Society:
CREAM TEA.

SUMMER 2008 What else is going on at St Peter's and in the local community?

St Peter's Day--29 June at Birmingham Cathedral at 11.00am -- Our new
curate, Joycelyn Lewis is to be ordained deacon. She then joins our staff at St
Peter's . A native of Brum and for many years a worshipper and lately
community development worker at All Saints Birchfield. Jocelyn is very excited about working and living here. We look forward to welcoming her.

HALL GREEN MELA-- Sunday 13 July at Sarehole Mill recreation ground. A family day out for all.
